How to programmatically set module font sizes? ("color" scheme)

I can adjust the font sizes seen in a module (as a function of object level) using:

Tools --> Options..., "Display Tab".

I can modify the default Scheme (which includes font colors) and save that under a new scheme name.

I cannot from the help file figure out how I can programatically set the font size.

Does anyone now how?
